Shipping Policy

Busy Corner Market works to process and ship orders with care.

Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is confirmed. During holidays, sales events, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Shipping Fee
A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies unless another rate is shown at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times
United States: 10-15 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 11-16 business days
Other destinations: 15-20 business days

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, or address issues.

Tracking
Tracking information will be sent when available. Tracking updates may take 1-3 business days to appear after shipment information is created.

Customs and Import Fees
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Order Changes
For address changes or cancellation requests, contact service@switzerlandselect.com as soon as possible. Once an order begins processing or ships, changes may not be possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages
For damaged items, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If a carrier confirms a package is lost, we will review the case and help arrange a suitable solution.
